Bolster Therapy Products Inc. originated in 1993 operating as
Com*fort Therapy Tables. Greg Bolster purchased the company in
1999 and until early 2006 operated under the proprietorship GB
Marketing-Mfg (Comfort Therapy Products) manufacturing superior
quality non-electric hydraulic tables – custom designed,
“Handcrafted One-at-a-Time.”
It was on one particular occasion with reference to contact by
The Millcroft Inn that was presently expanding their Spa
facilities and with consideration to past experience;
satisfaction with the dependability and performance of existing
maintenance-free tables that they based the decision to obtain
and furnish the expansion with additional Comfort Therapy
Tables. The Millcroft design team conveyed a need for Canadian
sourced spa equipment manufacturers and distributors. This
inspired a visit to an upcoming Spa Show in Toronto for an
indication of the spa and salon needs and requirements. This
visit determined that there was a huge void in Canadian supply
and manufacture of the various equipment required at new and
expanding spa and salon facilities. So here we are in 2007 now
the number one suppliers of non-electric hydraulic tables of
more than 2000 massage therapists using our tables every massage
(spa) day.
Having distributed pedicure chairs and hydrotherapy equipment
to many spas and salons throughout Canada we recently decided to
manufacture and sell our own totally Canadian pedicure chairs
and custom designed pedi benches to the North American market.
The Bolster Mission is to proudly provide Canadian products to
the North American market with our own dedicated consultants,
professional sales, customer service and support however, we
will also outsource any equipment needs that a spa or salon may
desire for their expanding or new facilities.
